Theme Nantou Hot Spring Season is on the Go Welcome to come to Nantou to Take a Bath, Enjoy Delicacies and Viewing Beautiful Landscape

  The annual Nantou Hot Spring Season is on the stage from Nov. 7 in Puli Winery. Mr. Chen Cheng-Sheng, Secretariat of County Government, Mr. Chou Sheng-Hsiung, Director General of Nantou county Tourism Association and Mr. Lin Chiu-Chang, Plant Manager of Puli Winery jointly recommend hot springs of Nantou to the visitors coming from all over the country, and they jointly poured the Sake brewed by Puli winery into a bath tub and announced the official commencement of the Hot Spring Season. They all welcomes friends from local and other parts of the Country to enjoy the quality hot spring of Nantou.
  As Secretariat Chen said, the cool winter time is best for enjoying hot spring and the County Government put the 4 sizable hot springs of Nantou, Large Puli Hot Spring Area, Nangangsi and Beigangsi Hot Sp[ring Area Dungpu Hot Spring Area and Jenai Hot Spring Area, to hold Hot Spring Season activities between November 7, 2009 and Jan. 3, 2010. The 4 different hot spring areas have different characteristics from each other. All Taiwanese are welcome to join the activities to enjoy delicious food, take hot bath and view beautiful landscape in a unforgettable Tour of Hot Springs .
  The theme of Hot Spring Season of this year is “Great Puli Wine Bath Hot Spring Delicatessen”. It is putting wine dregs into hot spring for the nourishing and whitening effect. Local Shaoshing banquet and flower dishes are included. The main hot spring areas including Liyu Lake Bank, Meisi Bank and Sun Moon Lake Shore, they are always ready to satisfy visitors with all in one trip.
  In order to be consistent with the theme of Great Puli Wine Bath Hot Spring Delicatessen” contests in Hot Spring Meal and Creative Ramen were also held in the Opening Ceremony on Nov. 7, 2009. The Hot Spring Meal contest, Ke Seng-Hwa of Jinshan Garden Restaurant, Ding Guo-Si of Tianchuang Hot Spring Hotel and Jian Si-Ting of Tungde Vocational High won championship, 2nd and third places in order; in Creative Ramen contest, the top 3, in order, are Ming Garden Restaurant, Cheng Jia-Zu and Liu Tze-Shuan of Suili Vocational High and Chiu Guan-Ling and Lin Tsung-Juin of Suili Vocational High.
  Other than serial activities of Puli Wine Bath Hot Spring, “Hot Spring – Night Festival – Scenting Coffee” of Nangang and Beigang Rivers was also held in Atya Resort on Nov. 21 and for Jenai Area, it was on Nov. 28 in Jenai Hot Spring Cherry Park with New Spring serial activities and the last one is “Love of Tungpu and Spring of Plum” of Tungpu Area on Dec. 12. Nantou is calling fellow country men to join us in the funs in the Hot Spring and Delicatessen activities.
