Nantou County Government Online Request Management Notice
1. In our continuing effort to better serve the public, we have created an online request service. Our goal is to efficiently and effectively handle each request. The following outlines the proper procedures; information and what can be expected in response to your request, suggestion or issues.
2. The online request e-mail service offers the public a way to communicate requests, file suits or suggestions to the NanTou County Administration. When submitting a request or suggestion it must contain concrete information. Please provide as much detail as possible so as to fully understand your request.
3. When making a request, suggestion or stating an issue, the e-mail must clearly state the case at hand. In addition we need your full name, ID number(s), Unification number, return e-mail address, telephone number and any other contact information that will assist the Administration in responding to your submission.
4. In an effort to address and or solve issues each case will be addressed in one of the following ways after departmental analysis of your request. 1. An appointment will be made with the requester and appropriate department. 2. We will dispatch a person (s) to conduct a field investigation. 3. You will receive a e-mail with a response to your request
5. The following conditions are grounds for dismissal of your request, suggestion or issue submission.
(1)
The content of the request is not sufficient to process the request. A name and address were not provided. In addition if after a through investigation, the name, address, telephone number or e-mail address are proven to be a forgery or alias, the request will be dismissed.
(2)
If the request, suggestion or issues are a re-submission of a previous case that has already been handled by the appropriate department, it will be dismissed.
(3)
If the requester files the same request, issue or suggestion outside of the Nantou County, submits to multiple departments, and or the content is not applicable to our administration, the request will be dismissed.
6. Every request will be handled on an individual basis and each will be followed up. At the end of the year all requests will be gathered and sorted as to the response time, issue, and classification for statistical analysis and presented to the Administrator, and other related department for reference.
