    County Mayor Lin Mingchen inspected the NTP Co., Ltd. on April 13 to learn about the company’s operating development plans. He also visited BioKing’s Herb Pork processing plant in Nantou to learn about its operating status. County Mayor Lin commended the effectiveness of the company’s reformation and investment recruitment. He hopes the enterprise will further develop land resources to raise operating profits, quality agriculture for safe meat products, integration for multi-purpose meat logistics centers, and create a chance of sustainable operation.

    “The NTP Co., Ltd. has undergone active reforms in the past few years. In addition to growth in swine sales and electrical butchering performances, swine provided by companies from other counties were also included. NTP’s efforts successfully attracted renowned Herb Pork provider BioKing (Sunking Technology) to invest in a pork processing plant. This is quite an achievement. We hope that the company will utilize the county administration’s lands to organize unique leisure areas and establish a meat logistics center to be the sales platform for our county’s quality meat products and local specialties. This will also create a new multi-purpose tourist attraction that integrates education, leisure, business and dining, stimulating regional development” expressed County Mayor Lin.

    “Our modern butchering services have the advantage of CAS and traceability certifications. It is also well acclaimed in the industry. In addition to swine sales and butchering operations, we have also actively attracted investments in recent years. This is done with the aim of developing existing land to increase operating profits. We also formed partnerships with recruited investors to create a new multi-dimensional business opportunity” expressed general manager Lu Chenglin.

    County Mayor Lin inspected the production process of the Herb Pork processing plant as well as the cultivation status of the herb gardens. He also listened to a presentation about the developmental aspirations of BioKing. He commended the company’s efforts to make Nantou the symbol of quality meat, create Chinese medicinal herb gardens and develop a three-in-one local industry consisting of R&D, production and tourism. County Mayor Lin also invited President Liao Chiamo to participate in the operations development program of NTP Co., Ltd. which President Liao also approved.
