And the national ranking has a great leap from the 15th to the 5th, which has made the most progress out of all County Magistrates. The County Magistrate Mr. Lin expressed that all the honor belongs to all of the citizens. Due to the citizen recognition, the county government could earn good performance evaluation. Nevertheless, there is always room for improvement. The citizen affair has always been the first priority in the hope of winning better ranking next year.

    The 18th Nantou County Council held the 17h provisional session on September 19, the Chief Councilor He Sheng-feng gave positive confirmation to the governance performance of the County Magistrate Mr. Lin. He indicated that the latest survey result published by the CommonWealth Magazine showed that the County Magistrate Mr. Lin was ranked from 15th to the 5th was because the recognition and support from citizens and the team of county government, and he encouraged the team of the county government should keep their hard work for better performances.
