    Magistrate Lin Ming-zhen, accompanied by Director-general Wu Yan-ling of Department of Civil Affairs of the County Government and Director Liu Xun-cheng of Armed Force Service Station visited Chenggong Ling in Taichung on the 11th to greet the 91 alternative military trainees of Nantou and presented them with extra meal benefits and fast food.After the meeting, they and the trainees took a group photo together. They received warm welcome from the recruits. Later, accompanied by Colonel Chen Wei-zhong, Commander of the Armed Forces Reserve Command of Nantou to visit the 300 reserve soldiers in the educational re-assembly, Magistrate Lin presented them with extra meal benefits and celebrated the birthdays with the birthday people on this month and shared the birthday cakes with them.     Magistrate Lin said that it is a citizen’s duty to serve in the compulsory military service. It is also a turning point in life.
