The high-altitude view trail in Qingjing Farm with second phase of the opening, The sheep happily led the visitors gave with the national flags all the way
    The Second phase of the high-altitude view trail in Qingjing Farm of Nantou County had the opening ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10 a.m. on the 30th in Qingjing South Business area entrance platform. By the Flutesfamily playing the sounds of nature in the opening ceremony, County Magistrate Lin invited Director of Qingjing Farm Yuwen Tung, County council members Fangyu Lin, Wenhsien Liao, Township Mayor of Ren’ai Wenchung Wu and the Mayor of Chiang Rai, Thailand Wanchai, to hold the ribbon-cutting ceremony. Afterwards, they were led by 50 round-rolled plush sheep to take the lead in experiencing the scenery of the new trail.

    County Magistrate Lin said that the second phase of the high-altitude view trail was extended by about 400 meters and the full length of the trail was extended to 1600 meters, so he made a special instruction that 168 national flags would fill the entire trail on the opening day, symbolizing all the way to boost the tourism of Qingjing Nantou. Additionally, the “first voyage” by sheep which symbolized the festivity made everyone feel particularly happy and joyful.

    He also said that the high-altitude view trail of Qingjing is the highest trail in Taiwan, and the first to be built with the eco-friendly concept of the mountain aerial walk. It was built along the Hehuanshan Landscape Route, where the visitors could look at the Nenggao mountains, Qilia peaks and other magnificent mountains. This trail was designed with hidden elevated style to extend the walk to the woods which became the unique elevated air walk in the mountain. Therefore, the crowd could avoid many cars when they enter and feel comfortable in the walkway to enjoy the green scenery.

    The first phase of the Qingjing high-altitude view trail, which was opened at the end of May 2017, has had more than 2.2 million visitors, and in order to increase the integrity and connection of trails, the second phase of the trail was extended 402 meters upward from the southern commercial area ticket gate, across the Taiwan 14 A Route and connecting the Green Green Grassland Story Museum. The total length of the view trail is 1.6 kilometers, with the national flags fluttering on both sides of the starting trail on the opening day, which provided a wider view.
