    Collaborating with Central Taiwan Agriculture Expo, Taichung International Flower Carpet Flower Festival, and the sea of flowers theme zones, the 2019 Sea of Flowers in Xinshe will be held from November 9 to December 1, 2019. The Nantou Gallery in the Agricultural Expo is themed the “Taste of Nantou.” In the gallery, there is a bamboo feast, Nantou tea feast, plum wine, Nantou blossoms, smart agriculture and circular economy, DIY learning, Nantou Glory, and more, including exhibition and experience zones. In the gallery, there is an imitated University Pond Bamboo Bridge for people to walk across. As soon as the activity began, it was packed with people. Visitors were amazed with the contents of the exhibition in Nantou Gallery. In addition, there are also the top 100 souvenirs of farmers, fresh vegetables and fruits, and more. In addition, the introduction of 3 marks and 1 QRCode, including tea art, tea tasting, and safe farms is also popular among people.

    The Central Taiwan Agriculture Expo has been sponsored by the Central Taiwan Governance Platform for 8 years. Secretary-General Hung Ruei-chih of Nantou County Government expressed that the sponsoring of the Central Taiwan Agriculture Expo is very helpful in the production, marketing, cultural heritage, and promotion of agriculture. This year, the Agricultural Expo is sponsored by Taichung City Government together with Taichung International Flower Carpet Festival, Sea of Flowers of Xinshe in the venue of 16 hectares. Combining three major events into one, it attracted many visitors as soon as it was opened.

This year, Nantou Gallery is themed “tea, wine, flowers, bamboo, and plums” into three major theme exhibition zones: “Tea and Bamboo Art Zone,” “Plum Wine Zone,” and “Nantou Blossom Zone.”
