Starting from February 6, it will continue for 24 days, providing an ideal place for lantern watching in Nantou, whose business opportunities are hoped to be promoted.

    Nantou Lantern Festival 2016 will be held at Jiji, starting from February 6 and ending on February 29. The lantern zones cover the downtown areas of Jiji, starting from Jiji Rail Station, around town mini train and trail, Wuchang Temple, Bazhang Street, Huanshan Street, to Jiji Old Streets at the length of 2km. In addition to the main lantern—“Monkey Fortune Comes” that is placed in front of Wuchang Temple, there are 12 other minor lantern zones, including fortune monkeys welcome guests, Jiji glory path, glory sky, 100 businesses revive the village, and lantern craft town, and more. It promises to be very exciting and vivid. Visitors from Taiwan and other countries are welcome to attend Nantou Lantern Festival.
